Will you support or oppose gun bans and concealed carry laws?

Illinois is competing with other states for the Obama administration’s $4.35 billion Race to the Top education reform funds.  The winning states must adopt higher educational standards, track student achievement, improve the quality of teachers and principals and turn around failing schools.  What specific actions would you take to achieve those results?
