Elmhurst, IL - On Monday evening, Elmhurst Mayor DiCianni phoned Elmhurst residents to announce his endorsement of Chris Nybo in the race for State Representative in the 41st District, and to ask all Elmhurst residents to join him in taking a yard sign for Chris after the holidays.
